OK, the obvious diamond lead & continuation are the correct selections. This promotes your heart10 for a second winner. At the World Championships North did not find this rather mundane defence, but led a spade at trick one and also when in with clubA. The fortunate club split now allowed West to ditch his two diamonds before broaching trumps.
