Two other winning lines present themselves. With East holding two cards in each of the pointed suits, declarer can draw two rounds of trumps and play to ruff the fourth diamond in dummy.

Alternatively North can reverse the dummy by playing to ruff two hearts and one club in hand. Win the opening lead in hand and draw another trump with spadeQ. heartAK discarding a club, ruff a heart, clubAK and ruff a club. Now a diamond to the jack, ruff the last heart with spadeA and back to diamondA to draw the last trump and claim. Straightforward ... if you like living on the edge.
