Declarer won the spade in hand, unblocked the diamonds (they break), crossed to a top spade (they don't break) and cashed the diamonds. heartJ was covered by the king and ace and dummy re-entered with the other top spade. North was down to heartQ9clubK and East's last discard was clubQ, so declarer's choice was either to finesse heart10 or play for the 6spade doubler to have the club ace and 10heart........one of which would now be bare.
