I guess that you'd be quite happy to bid 3heart and no doubt West would be smiling too as he picked out 4heart from the bidding box. At the table West bid 2heart(!), but I suspect this was one of the increasingly popular invitational varieties as championed by Ron Klinger. East naturally raised to 3heart and West went to game as before.
