At the table West passed, and at this vulnerability I would agree - although I think it's quite close and a confident double is OK if you need a good result. After all, defending against 1NT is never easy and we do not have such a good hand that we can insist on forcing a result. Besides, partner is still there.

As it happens 1NT is passed out. You lead a small heart and this is what you see.
