There are two lines which you might consider, and both are successful on this lay of the cards. One is to win heartK in the dummy and play a spade intending to play along reverse dummy lines. You use three entries to hand to ruff three spade losers.

The other line is to cash two rounds of trumps, diamondKA, and then lead another diamond towards dummy. If West ruffs you play low and use your last trump to ruff dummy's small heart. If he does not then you ruff dummy's last diamond with your remaining trump.

But you can guess what comes next can't you . . . .
