If you are really desperate for a huge score you could take an early spade finesse against East, throw the heart loser on spadeK and take the diamond finesse for the thirteenth trick. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have any cardiac problems - your pulse and adrenalin levels will be sky high! There is another good reason why you should not bother with this last line. Some pairs will be 6NT and 6club + 1 won't beat them anyway if they succeed. No, take the safer line and your 72% score.
