No, the best and straightforward line is to rely on the position of clubK - and I don't mean with West! Win the lead and play a trump. Win the spade return and cash all your trumps apart from one trump, throwing clubQ6, then cash three diamonds ending in dummy. What will East keep? If he retains clubKx of clubs then you can ruff out the spades and if he comes down to bare king then you can cross to the ace and renter hand with a spade ruff to score clubJ for you twelfth trick.
