A, cross to A, cash 
A discarding a diamond, ruff a diamond high and cross to dummy with a trump. If the diamonds prove to be 4-1 then another one is ruffed high and dummy is entered with another trump. Unfortunately this line, which readily springs to mind, goes off when a 3-1 trump break is combined with 4-1 diamonds - there are just not enough tricks.
