If partner could be relied upon to pass over a double of 4spade then that would be ideal, but 5heart is a more likely response from partner. My vote goes to 4NT - I couldn't bear to pass with those cards - but one East went quietly. More about that later. At the other table East bid 4NT for the minors and West converted to 5diamond. South doubled and North led spadeK.
