Ironically it might be better for South to play low on the first club, but declarer can now play to duck the heart to North by leading towards dummy. If North plays low declarer wins in dummy, crosses back to diamondA and ducks when heartQ pops up. North will now have to lead a diamond or spade allowing the diamond finesse, and this time it's South's club winner that goes to bed!
..... and the best lead . heartQ from North! West can't duck, so he leads a club. South wins, leads a spade to North's queen and the heart return finishes the job - impossible unless you're a double-dummy experts! What about the other room?
