Decision time. West had shown a ten count so Eric decided to play East for clubQ. He claims that the fact that this allowed a very elegant ending had nothing to do with it - well a little maybe!! Three rounds of clubs put East on lead who could only concede a ruff and discard - smothering West's "sure" trump trick into oblivion! 3heart duly made - wonderful stuff!
