It seems highly likely that West has ducked the second spade to retain communications with his partner. If a second club finesse loses you will also lose three spade tricks, but you need not despair yet. All you have to do is to be a little patient, for there is no need to take the club finesse now - why not give up your potential spade losers before taking the club finesse. So, you cross back to hand with a heart and lead a spade yourself!! If West doesn't cash his spades you will be able to take the club finesse with impunity, and if he does East might be horribly squeezed in the minors. The end game ....
