My personal favourite would be to open 1club and rebid 1NT over a major suit response, although this looks particularly dicey over 1heart. Not many would have contemplated the treatment found by South, S. Booker, at the table - he opened 1club and rebid two No Trumps! Maybe he was a good declarer - let's see.
