This is difficult to foresee, but your best action now would be to play a low trump. If you do not, and simply return a heart, partner may win the heart and switch masterfully to a diamond. Declarer will rise, throw diamondQ on clubJ, ruff a diamond and ruff his losing heart in dummy. Minus 110 will be horrible.

If you doubled 1NT originally you would have been saved all this brain-ache. Partner would bid 3heart over 2spade and plus 140 would have resulted. Mind you, partner should have led a diamond against 2spade originally, for that gives you an excellent chance of plus 100.
