Pass Pass Pass
With this hand West could double - showing exactly NO defensive winners - spadeA doesn't sound like a trick on this bidding! If East judges that he has the armoury to beat 6heart he now passes, but otherwise he converts to 6spade. (Had West had at least one winner he could pass over 6heart and then East would double with NO winners! This now allows West to judge if a sacrifice is appropriate.) All this should lead to minus 500 instead of minus 1430! And the old saying? Let the opponents guess last. Look at South's problem over an immediate 6spade from East!
