I hope you cashed heartA at trick three! When West follows with the king partner will drop heart5 - her lowest - to give you the message to switch back to clubs. This will promote her spadeK for the fourth defensive trick.

When the hand occurred originally many Souths continued with a third club at trick three. Superficially that still looks OK for the defence, but declarer countered by discarding heartK. Now try and beat 4spade!
