Duncan Happer completely stymied the opponents on this one when he judged beautifully to overcall 4diamond. A pragmatic 5club from West scored very heavily, even for those where the overtrick went begging. After ace and another heart (West thought heart7 looked encouraging) Duncan wrapped up eleven tricks without any problems. I almost felt sorry for West as I wrote down plus 610.
