North was delighted to leap to 3heart to show his huge support, but South strangely reverted to 3NT, perhaps showing 3-5-3-2 or something similar, with a mediocre heart suit. North was having none of this and put his side back to 4heart.

As East led spade7 South stated firmly "I thought we agreed not to play transfers over 1NT overcalls." Cue deathly silence....
