Are you for 1heart or 2heart? These days nobody seems to be in favour of jump shifts, but I don't see that bidding 2heart is a great crime, although it would be nicer to have four diamonds for a definite fit. West was a 1heart advocate, so the bidding proceeded quietly until East bid 3spade after West had shown his secondary diamond fit.
