It's such a pleasure playing with someone who is operating at the top of their game. Everything seems to go well:- opening leads, thin games played the right way up, doubles correctly applied etc etc. Sometimes even the opposition look friendly .. no, maybe that's overdoing it.

Last night I was playing with Irene Krantz and she hardly put a foot wrong all night. Today's board was one where she created a very useful swing from nothing.
