7 unexpectedly held the first trick, so I played a spade to East's king, my Ace and I ruffed a spade with 10. I now led a diamond to the queen and king, and West switched to 
A, getting the seven from his partner. He went into the tank and continued with Q, East following, and 
K which I ruffed with the jack. I should probably have pulled two trumps now, but I thought dummy would be squeezed, so I led a second club, won by West with the king. He returned a heart and these cards remained .."
