Today's deal arrived by hard slogging through a World Championship book, but it's a good hand nonetheless. It comes from the World Championships in Maastricht, 2000 when, incidentally, a little fancied England team put up a magnificent showing. At this stage they were playing Norway in the quarter finals, but we're concentrating on the Poland-Iceland match, where Poland would be trying to gain revenge for defeat in the 1991 Bermuda Bowl final.
