When North went up with heartA and saw the king and two from declarer and partner respectively, he continued with trumps - killing dummy stone dead. East had no where to go and eventually lost three clubs, three diamonds and a heart for two off - the kiss of death at this vulnerability. Of course East was mad too - he should have passed 1NT and that would have been minus 100. Had West passed sensibly, North's 1NT would have gained plus 90, but not very many match points.
