This is one of those in-between hands, isn't it? If it turned up in a bidding challenge, you can imagine that there might be votes for 2diamond, 2heart, 3club, and perhaps 3heart. Of these I prefer 2diamond as the best compromise, but the hand is just too good for 2heart for my liking.

Let's imagine the bidding doesn't stop until it reaches 4heart, although you might curse your decision to remove 3NT. This contract could be the winner - win a spade with the ace, cross to diamondA and lead a heart to the ten, thus making on any 3-2 heart break ...... and sometimes when they're not.

I digress - you to make 4heart on spadeK lead.
