I think not. Declarer will almost certainly have all the missing spades, so he ought to be safety-playing the spades by laying down spadeK to guard against you holding spadeJ10xx, because nothing could be done if North holds them. A second round of spades will force you to split your honours, so declarer will return to hand for another spade finesse and duly wrap up his contract. ..
However, if you switch to a diamond at trick three, declarer wins and cashes spadeK, but although dummy next wins your spadeJ with the ace, East is unable to return safely to his hand for the second trump finesse. You either get the diamond ruff immediately or after partner flashes in with clubA.
Two wrongs? South switched to club at trick three and East missed the trump safety-play. Groan.
