Declarer took the "proven" finesse of heart10 with calamitous results. A fourth round of diamonds was ruffed by West's clubQ and declarer overruffed with the ace. Banking all on the remaining trumps being 1-1, South played a trump from dummy, so East won club10, drew the remaining trumps with clubJ and cashed the fifth diamond for two down.

All declarer needed to do was to play hearts from the top - even if West has heartJxxx South can win the return, cash clubA and cross-ruff for eight tricks. And what about that lead against 1NT doubled? You can see that North-South have to be very careful to defeat it!
