When you lead spade6 from the dummy, East ruffs low to prevent your eleventh trick. You overruff, West discards a heart and now it's time to play your final club. If West takes clubK he has to allow you to win heartK and your final trump en passant. Alternatively if East wins clubQ then he can draw your last trump with diamondA but this trick squeezes West in hearts and clubs.
