You bide your time with 2diamond, East passes, and South leaps to 4club - systemically showing a good hand, a singleton club at most, and excellent diamond support. You decide to bid 4NT - Roman Key Card Blackwood - and partner bids 5NT to show two key cards of five (diamondK is an "ace") plus a void - presumably in clubs.
