Q, discarding a spade from dummy, then running the clubs results in a double squeeze. On the last club East must keep the J, so must come down to two hearts. Discarding your last diamond, West must also come down to a doubleton heart to keep 
K, and the thirteenth trick is 5. Though it looks like a good idea to cash the clubs first to put pressure on the opponents, it actually puts you under pressure first, as you do not know what to throw on the last club.7 No Trumps made and plus 1520.
