The whole hand seems an open book on this lead. RHO must have KQJ10 to seven diamonds for his bidding and opener must be placed with the rest of the points in what is surely a 4-2-2-5 shape. The heartKQ is therefore doubleton! After discarding a spade on diamondA, you draw trumps before LHO can give his partner a ruff by playing ace and a small trump, eventually losing a club, heart and spade. You congratulate partner on his restraint when he passed on both the first and second rounds of bidding and then doubled to show what must surely be a big three suiter in clubs and the majors...
