Another club was won by South who played his part perfectly by switching to a low diamond, looking for all the world like a man dealt KJ10. West ducked, won the diamond return and ruffed a club.

You can guess what happened next - declarer attempted to return to hand by ruffing a diamond, so North over-ruffed and led a fourth club to promote South's J for the setting trick. Inspired!
