Declarer ducked the opening lead and West switched to a spade. After two spade winners South crossed to hand with heartK and ruffed a spade high. After declining to finesse heart9 to guard against a hypothetical heart10xxx with East, South drew four rounds of trumps. When declarer's final trump was played a club thrown from dummy and East was caught in a guard squeeze - unable to keep two diamonds and three clubs. When eventually diamond8 was selected, South led diamondJ to pin East's ten and establish diamond9 as the vital twelfth trick........
