I reasoned that a bid of 4NT could do no harm. If partner took it as a two suiter, well that is what I have. If partner took it as Blackwood it's a pretty good hand for that as well. Trouble is when partner bids 5heart what does it mean? I decided to bid 5spade over which partner bids 6diamond. You pass and nobody doubles! RHO lead clubA and you put down the dummy.

Now try to play this from partner's hand. East discards a spade on clubA and another when West continues so you ruff high. How to play?
