My personal choice would be 4NT as a sign off to emphasise the disparity of the spade/diamond and heart/club holdings, but East chose 4heart at the table and when West cue-bid 4spade, jumped to 6club. West converted to 6NT to end the bidding.

How would you play on the lead of diamond7? It doesn't look too difficult, does it?
