If the diamond3 is a true card, and West is not playing a very deep game by ducking clubA, you can almost guarantee success. Cross to diamondK, coming to hand with a trump, ruff a diamond high and draw another round of trumps. If they have broken 2-2 then there is no problem. If they are 3-1, ruff your last diamond and see if East over-ruffs. If he does he is end-played, if he doesn't you ruff out his clubA, draw the last trump and take the spade finesse hoping for an overtrick.
