The fact that the opponents have surprisingly given up at 3diamond tends to suggest that the diamonds are two-two, so you win heartK and ruff dummy's club, cash diamondK and cross back over to dummy's diamondA. You now lead spade10 from the dummy.

What does East do? If he covers you win and play another, so he plays low - as do you. West wins with spadeJ and exits with a small spade, so you win East's queen and play your last spade. When he wins spadeK, West is fixed. If he exits with a spade your heart loser goes away on spade9, and a club gives you a ruff and discard - same difference!
