The first thing to try would be diamondK from the dummy at trick two. Good players in East's position could play low and look bored irrespective of whether they held diamondA, but it's no lose option for you to try. If East covers you ruff, draw trumps, and hope to play spades for four tricks. No, East plays low and you ruff and draw trumps, West having four. The sensible way to maximise your options would be to cash spadeAK and if the queen does not drop follow with ace and another club hoping for a three-three break, a doubleton ten, or clubKx with East. In theory you could make it when West has clubKx or East has clubK10xx, but that would be asking a little too much of your intuition!
