After winning clubA declarer should cash four rounds of diamonds throwing a club from hand. After a club to the king South simply exits with king and another heart and waits. If West wins the heart then he will have to give declarer a trick with spadeQ, whereas if East wins the heart dummy's clubJ will eventually take the ninth trick.
