Because of the 3-0 trump break you are not going to be able to set up the clubs without ruffing high in dummy - that will establish a trump winner for East. No, you should test the hearts first by playing ace, king and another - ruffing in hand. If they prove to be 4-2 without the queen coming down, then you can switch your attention to clubs and attempt to establish them. As it happens, the heart situation becomes clear after the second round and a ruffing finesse against heartQ brings in the contract.

If you go for the clubs first, then when they prove to be 4-2, there will not be enough entries in dummy to be able to establish and cash the heart winners.
