Obviously you have to make a decision whether any penalty from doubling 2spade is likely to be enough compensation for a vulnerable game. It's touch and go, but partner should be able to read the distribution more easily because of East's bidding and this would be enough to persuade most Norths to go for 3NT.

OK, let's switch to the view from the South hand. The first trick comprised spade7, spade10, spadeJ, spadeA. The club suit had to be brought in, so a small heart was led to heartA and club10 played from the table. East threw a diamond!!
