The correct line is to cross to dummy with a diamond at trick four and lead a small trump. East must split his honours or you can take a deep finesse and claim, so you win his heartJ (or heartQ), cash queen and king of diamonds and lead a further diamond winner. East must ruff this, so you over-ruff and lead ... spadeQ!! West must win this and now either has to lead a spade into your tenace, or a club which allows you to make all of your trumps separately.
