It doesn't appear that you can hope to establish many minor suit tricks, so the only other possibility is to take two trump tricks. This might be achieved by leading a club and giving him a ruff when in with spadeA, or possibly more likely, by playing three rounds of hearts immediately and then trying for a trump promotion by leading the final heart when in with spadeA. After cashing heartA, on which partner played heart5 and declarer heart8, West then had to choose.
