If the diamonds are 3-2 or trumps 2-2 then I wouldn't be writing this, so you can assume they don't break. The opening lead has inconveniently removed the one late entry to dummy, so there can be no squeeze on West. How about on East? More likely, but you still have to arrange for the lead to be in dummy at the right time.

To back all the horses, ruff a heart at trick two, cross to dummy with club9, ruff another heart and go back to dummy with a trump. If East started with three trumps, play diamonds intending to ruff one in dummy if necessary. If West has three trumps, ruff the last heart with clubA and cross back to dummy with your last trump. If East started with spadeQ and four diamonds then he can give up now. All that was required was logical thinking and superb technique.
