Of course I have deliberately asked you the question before it became obvious what the real question was!! Why has declarer not led a trump immediately? Declarer crossed to hand with spadeK and led a diamond to diamondK. Were you ready to play low, looking for all the world like somebody thinking about the biscuits at half time? Imagine how difficult it is for South to find the play of diamondQ on the second round of trumps!
