There are several lines which lead to a few, entirely separate endings. South can make the contract by
A) a cross-ruff type of play with an en passant ending.
B) an end-play in diamonds on West which forces a heart lead in South's tenace. This ending only comes about if East relinquishes trump control early.
C) an end-play in hearts on West to induce a ruff and discard which produces a three suit squeeze on East, one of which is trumps.
