The winning play at trick three is the clubQ. On any other club lead declarer wins East's forced king and draws trumps, cashes spadeA discarding a club from hand and ruffs a spade. Declarer now cuts adrift with his last small club. If West still has the clubQ in his hand he is endplayed and has to concede a ruff and discard. Likewise the diamondA if he has not cashed that at trick two.
A club switch at trick three is necessary because otherwise declarer can eventually play a diamond from dummy towards hand. The established diamondJ takes care of dummy's club loser.
The secret to the correct decision is East's diamond2 at trick two. This should be construed as suit preference, and once you have decided to lead a club, the queen cannot cost.Very well done if you got this one right.
