This one's not too difficult, is it? East has turned up with spadeA already, and West will have most of the remaining goodies for his 4heart bid, so it must be right to play East for the queen. West wins with the ace and continues trumps, so you win in dummy and enter hand via heartK. Careful! If you ruff the club now you will be stuck in dummy, so the diamond finesse must come first. When that wins, follow with ace and another diamond, ruff the club loser and claim.

Note: My partner and I did not enter the bidding, and allowed the oppo to play untroubled in 3heart.
